Continental & Siemens VGS2/3/4-NAG2 (7G-Tronic)
Mercedes 7G-Tronic automatic gearboxes are run by a Continental VGS4-NAG2 or a Siemens VGS2 or VGS3-NAG2 control unit. Autotuner can now read and write both through the OBD port, so the gearbox can be remapped without taking anything out of the car.

What the release does
- Reads and writes the gearbox control unit through the OBD port (Autotuner lists it as OBD VR, TC1767).
- A write takes about four and a half minutes.
- Checksums are corrected automatically.

Mercedes with 7G-Tronic behind these engines: 250 BlueTEC (2.1), 300 and 300 BlueEFFICIENCY (3.5 petrol), 300d BlueTEC (3.0), 300h (2.1), 320 (3.0 turbo), 320 CDI (3.0), 350 and 350 BlueEFFICIENCY (3.5 petrol), 350 BlueTEC (3.0), 350 EU6 (3.0 turbo), 350d, 350e hybrid (2.0), 400 EU6 (3.0 turbo and 3.5 turbo), 400 hybrid (3.5 petrol), 450 EU6 (4.7 turbo), 600 (6.0 petrol) and 63 AMG (5.5 turbo). Autotuner may add more.
